I've been bouncing around for 3 days trying to get a medicine I've had filled before, been approved for before, have 2 refills of, and can't get anybody to figure out which finger to pull out of their ass. Its pass the buck, blame this one, blame that one...
And I had one lady, who was for lack of a better word, a complete witch with a capital B.

Oh HEALTH insurance - yeah that sucks worse than even the others... So you have refills they're saying they won't cover?
What reasons are they giving?

No, they'll cover.
It has to be pre-authorized, and that has to be done once a year, its that time of the year, then the doctors office is calling wrong number, then i'm not in the system, etc etc etc
As it stands now...
I should (hopefully) have my refill tomorrow.
